This recipe has a 1:1:1 ratio, meaning you'll need 1 fuji apple and 1 cinnamon stick for 1 pitcher of water. With that said, you can leave the same apple and cinnamon stick in the pitcher for up to three days while refilling the water.
Slice a fuji apple and toss the slices into the pitcher with the cinnamon stick. Cover with ice, then fill the pitcher with water and allow it to set in the fridge for 15 minutes before drinking. Enjoy it throughout the day in the place of any juice or soda you would normally have!

This is also referred to as the Zero Calorie detox water because it contains nearly zero calories. There are calories from the apple, but they’re pretty negligible. 1 stalk celery, cut into chunks
1 small cucumber, peeled
1 inch piece of ginger, peeled
juice of 1 lemon
6 ice cubes plus enough water to blend
2 apples, washed and quartered
2 medium carrots, washed, tops removed and cut into large pieces
1 stalk celery, washed and cut into several pieces
4-5 calamansi limes, washed (limau kasturi)

LEMON MINT CUCUMBER WATER slightly adapted from The Denver Housewife
Makes 1 gallon-size pitcher
- 12 cups of water (3 quarts)
- 2 to 3 lemons, thinly sliced (you can also substitute limes or mix it up…use a lemon/lime combination–using organic lemons or limes is best)
- 1 small cucumber or 1/2 of a medium to large cucumber, preferably organic, thinly sliced
- 10 to 15 mint leaves. preferably organic
Rinse lemons and cucumbers very well before slicing; slice thinly. Add lemons, cucumber, and mint to pitcher. Cover with water and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight (the flavor will be stronger if you refrigerate overnight, but I like the lighter flavor, too). Pour in a large glass over some ice…it’s very refreshing! This water tastes best the day or day after you make it.
Cucumbers are one of the most hydrating vegetables because they’re mostly made up of water. Many detox programs include cucumbers on them for this very reason, and adding them to your water pulls out their minerals so you’re getting an added benefit. Mix in the lemon juice and you’re getting the cleansing effect of citric acid and helping to clear out the digestive system. The mint makes things taste fresh and crisp, and goes nicely with the lemon and cucumber while providing additional nutrients and benefits.

- 1/2 gallon water
- 6 wedges grapefruit
- 1 tangerine, sliced
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- 2 peppermint or mint leaves
- Ice
Directions
Rinse grapefruit, tangerine, cucumber and mint leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit, and tangerine (or peel). Combine all ingredients in a half gallon pitcher. Allow the ingredients to sit for 2 hours for maximum benefits. Drink throughout the day.
This is a great detox water for weight loss, and is specifically geared at getting certain fruits into your body that you otherwise might not eat. - 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- dash of course salt

1. Muddle the strawberries and rosemary in a bowl.
2. Add the muddled ingredients and the watermelon to a large pitcher. Pour water over the ingredients and stir.
3. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours, and enjoy!
Strawberries are a great way to add a familiar and preferred flavor to most anything, and in this case it can make your water taste better while also providing antioxidants and added vitamins and minerals to your body. This particular recipe includes watermelon and rosemary as well. This makes it a great detox recipe to use in the summer when it’s easier to build up a sweat, and it’s only natural to have the taste of strawberries and watermelon. It will help to make your detoxing efforts more enjoyable and seem like less of a chore.

Don't worry, saya tempelkan resepi detox yang mana bahan-bahannya murah dan mudah didapati di pasaraya kita. Ada gak resepi detox yang terlalu kompleks dan bahan-bahannya tersangat lar western. Jangan ko masukkan tempe dan belacan dalam blender, sudah lar. Mau nyer ko kena detox 7 hari 7 malam. Sorry jika kesemua resepi detox ni dalam english, dah nama pun resepi omputih kan!
